What is Move 10 in May?
Move 10 in May is the Callum and Jake Robinson Foundation's virtual fitness challenge held throughout the month of May. Callum wore the number 10 when he played lacrosse, so we ask you to take that number and make it your own challenge. Choose a movement goal, complete it anywhere and anytime in May, and carry it forward in the spirit of living bigger in honour of Callum and Jake.
How will you move your 10?
You can take on any physical challenge, like running, walking, cycling, swimming, surfing or lifting. Or keep it simple with 10 minutes of movement, 10 reps, 10 laps or 10 surf waves.
However you choose to move, you can do it your way, from anywhere in the world, all while supporting the Callum and Jake Robinson Foundation.
“Live Bigger. Move your 10 and carry them with you.”
HOW IT WORKS
Three simple steps
Sign up, move your 10 in May, and inspire someone else to do the same.
JOIN THE GROUP
Sign up through Challenge Hound and join the Move 10 in May group in minutes. Grab one of the first 100 free spots or join for AUD $10.
MOVE YOUR 10
Move your version of 10 in May. Ten minutes, 10 km, 10 miles, 10 reps, 10,000 steps. Your pace, your choice, any activity counts.
LIFT SOMEONE UP
Callum and Jake had a gift for making everyone feel part of the team. On the days it gets hard, be that person for someone else.
YOUR 10, YOUR WAY
What does your 10 look like?

MILES
Same heart, different unit

Whatever works for you. Ten minutes of movement, 10 km, 10 miles, 10 reps, 10 laps, 10 surf waves, 10,000 steps. You choose your version of 10 and that becomes your commitment for May.
-
Absolutely not. This challenge was built around Callum and Jake's belief that everyone has something worth pushing for, no matter their level. Whether you are a competitive athlete or someone just starting to move again, your 10 belongs here. Callum and Jake made everyone feel part of the team and this challenge carries that same energy. Live Bigger.
-
That is completely fine. Your goal is yours to define. Some people move their 10 every single day. Others set a bigger monthly target like 100km across the month and chip away at it in their own time. However you choose to structure your challenge, it is about building something across May, not perfection. Callum and Jake were the first to celebrate every win, big or small. That is the energy we bring to this challenge. Show up however works for you.
-
Yes. Move 10 in May is open to anyone, anywhere. The challenge has a strong community across both Australia and the USA and we welcome participants from everywhere. Challenge Hound supports both kilometres and miles.
-
Yes and we love this idea. Each family member signs up individually through Challenge Hound and sets their own version of 10. You can cheer each other on through the activity feed and move together as a family.
-
10 was Callum's playing number. May was his birthday. We choose to remember with purpose and positivity. Both boys are always present in everything we do at the CJR Foundation.
