Our Global Team
Following the heartbreaking loss of Callum and Jake Robinson, and Carter Rhoad, two remarkable individuals stepped forward to honor their memory in a truly meaningful way. JT Fitzgerald, a dear friend and colleague of Callum’s in San Diego, and Brett Grocock, a close friend of Martin’s from Perth, Australia, each created GoFundMe pages to support their legacy.
Thanks to an outpouring of generosity, we established two separate foundations—one in the U.S. and one in Australia. To ensure alignment with our shared vision of compassion and support, Debra and Martin serve as directors on both boards.
Although the foundations operate independently, they are united by a single website, where we share updates and highlight the incredible work being done in both countries.

How We Operate
Summary: This governance model keeps CJRF compliant, efficient, and scalable. It mirrors best practices across high-performing nonprofits by concentrating compliance and governance oversight within the Executive Board while broading influence and impact via a Working Board, an Advisory Board, and a Finduciary Financial Committee.
