Honoring Callum Robinson: A Stevenson University Hall of Fame Inductee

In October, the Stevenson University athletics community gathered to celebrate extraordinary athletes whose impact continues far beyond the field. Among them was Callum Robinson — a teammate, leader, and friend whose spirit continues to inspire everyone who knew him, and many more who have come to know him through the work of the Callum & Jake Robinson Foundation.

Callum was inducted into the Dick Watts Athletic Hall of Fame, a recognition that reflects not only his athletic excellence but also his grit, heart, and unwavering commitment to the people around him.

A Night of Remembering, Laughing, and Honoring Legacy

The ceremony was filled with the voices of those who grew alongside Callum during their formative college years — teammates who became brothers, coaches who became mentors, and friends who continue to carry his joy and generosity forward.

Teammates Jesse, Peter, and Josh shared heartfelt and often humorous memories of their time with Callum at Stevenson. Their reflections painted a vivid picture of a teammate who brought energy to every practice, lifted others up without hesitation, and never wavered in his dedication to the sport and to his friends. Their stories reminded everyone in the room that Callum’s legacy is alive in every person he touched.

But it was Adam Sear’s powerful tribute (skip to 1:41:00 to watch) that anchored the evening. Speaking from the heart about Callum’s journey and the way their stories intertwined, Adam captured the essence of who Callum was: disciplined, joyful, courageous, and always deeply loyal. His words resonated across the room and across the years.

Carrying the Legacy Forward

Callum’s induction is more than an honor — it is a reminder of the light he brought into every room and onto every field. His legacy continues to guide the Foundation’s work as we champion the joy of play, community, mentorship, and adventure — all things Callum lived with boundless enthusiasm.

We are deeply grateful to Stevenson University, Coach Paul Cantabene, and all who came together to celebrate Callum’s memory in such a powerful way.

Please follow us on Instagram, where we’ll be sharing some of the favorite memories of the evening.

Callum’s story continues — through all of us who remember him, and through the many young people whose lives will be touched by the Foundation built in his and Jake’s honor.
